Fatigue Evaluation & Restoration of Well-Being
With over 40 years of medical practice — including extensive hospital care of complex and serious conditions — I bring deep clinical experience to the evaluation of fatigue.
Over decades of study, teaching, and patient care, I have learned that fatigue is often highly reversible. In many cases, the true cause is not immediately obvious. Fatigue may be related to medications, sleep quality, mood, conditioning, nutrition, mental or emotional fatigue, or may even be confused with shortness of breath on exertion — each requiring a different approach.
My role is to carefully identify and prioritize the 3–4 most important contributing factors and clearly explain the reversibility of each. Sometimes improvement is as straightforward as adjusting medications, improving sleep, enhancing exercise tolerance, or addressing mood and stress.
The goal is simple: restore your energy, improve your sense of well-being, and help you re-engage actively in life.
I value conversation and clarity. I often use drawings and written summaries to help you and your family understand the condition and the next steps. I encourage patients to bring a family member so we can discuss findings together and ensure everyone leaves with a clear plan.
The office has heart, lung, blood, exercise, and emotional testing.
